We are in the business of records, so we are careful about keeping yours. This site collects almost nothing, and we would rather explain the little it does than hide it in a policy nobody reads.
This is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts, fonts, pixels or media, and builds no profile of you. There is nothing to opt out of because there is nothing collecting.
Two things, both unavoidable and both minimal.

We use no processor that operates outside the United States and the European Economic Area. Our host processes logs on our behalf under a data processing agreement and does not use them for its own purposes.
Applications sent to careers@3442labs.com are read by the hiring team only. We keep them for twelve months from your last contact so that we can come back to you when something opens, then we delete them. Say so in your email and we will delete immediately after the decision instead.
We do not run automated screening or scoring on applications, and no model makes a hiring decision here. A person reads what you send.
3442 Labs builds and operates software for other entities. Where those systems hold personal or commercial data, that data is governed by the agreement between you and the operator of the system in question — not by this notice, and we are the processor rather than the controller. If you are trying to reach a data controller about a specific system, the operator's own notice is the right route; write to us and we will point you to it.
Wherever you are, you may ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the EEA or UK you additionally have rights to restriction, objection, portability, and complaint to your supervisory authority. If you are in California you have the rights to know, delete, correct and to non-discrimination for exercising them; we do not sell or share personal information, so there is no opt-out to exercise.
One email to privacy@3442labs.com is enough. No form, no account, no identity verification beyond replying from the address in question. We answer within thirty days and usually within three.
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Correspondence is held in access-controlled systems restricted to the people who need it. We will tell affected parties directly and without delay if a breach ever touches their data — we will not wait for a legal deadline.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen. If this notice changes we will move the effective date above and keep the prior version available on request; material changes will be described in plain language rather than announced as an update.
